Σκόνη από τα φύλλα του δέντρου Moringa oleifera, που φύεται στους πρόποδες των Ιμαλαϊων, τη βορειοδυτική Ινδία και καλλιεργείται στους τροπικούς. Από τους ιθαγενείς λαούς που το έχουν χρησιμοποιήσει για αιώνες και για τις φαρμακευτικές του ιδιότητες καλείται ως το “δέντρο θαύμα“. Γεγονός είναι ότι πρόκειται για ένα από τα πιο πλούσια σε θρεπτικά συστατικά φυτό για τον άνθρωπο και ως φυσική πηγή αυτών των συστατικών τα καθιστά εξόχως βιοδιαθέσιμα.
Τα φύλλα του φυτού είναι πλούσια σε πρωτεΐνες, βιταμίνη Α, βιταμίνη Β, βιταμίνη C, μέταλλα και αντιοξειδωτικά. Παρέχει στον οργανισμό όλα τα θρεπτικά συστατικά που χρειάζεται, ενώ ταυτόχρονα το βοηθάει να απαλλαγεί από τις περιττές τοξίνες.

Λαμβάνετε 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού καθημερινά. Μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν τσάι, να προστεθεί σε χυμούς ή πάνω από τα πιάτα σας.
Προσοχή: Να μην λαμβάνεται από εγκύους και όσους ακολουθούν θεραπεία με αντιπηκτικά φάρμακα.
