Εξωτερικά επιταχύνει την επούλωση τραυμάτων, για να μειώσει οίδημα από φλεγμονές και για δερματικούς ερεθισμούς.
Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
Χρησιμοποιούμε τα αποξηραμένα άνθη Χαμομηλιού ως έγχυμα: προσθέτουμε 1 κουταλάκι του τσαγιού αποξηραμένα άνθη χαμομηλιού σε 1 φλιτζάνι βρασμένο νερό για 5-10′. Πίνουμε 3-4 φορές την ημέρα.
Για τα πεπτικά προβλήματα πίουμε μετά τα γεύματα. Ένα ισχυρότερο έγχυμα χρησιμοποιείται για πλύσεις στόματος σε προβλήματα όπως ουλίτιδα.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Το χαμομήλι είναι ασφαλές στην χρήση του αλλά και αυτό θα πρέπει να αντιμετωπίζεται με μέτρο.
Προσοχή στην χρήση του χαμομηλιού από όποιον εμφανίζει συμπτώματα αλλεργίας στα άνθη.
Θεωρείται ασφαλής η χρήση του χαμομηλιού από εγκυμονούσες ή γυναίκες που θηλάζουν αλλά σε μικρότερες ποσότητες.
