Βιολογικό Φασόλι Λευκό Ψιλό 500γρ
Αυτά τα φασόλια είναι ένα είδος φασολιού με πολύ μικρό σχήμα που καλλιεργούνται κυρίως στον Φενεό Κορινθίας και την Καστοριά. Είναι εξίσου ωφέλιμα προς τον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό όπως όλα τα φασόλια. Περιέχουν ίνες, σίδηρο και βιταμίνη Β. Το βασικό χαρακτηριστικό τους είναι ότι βράζουν γρήγορα και έχουν πολύ ιδιαίτερη γεύση. Είναι θρεπτικά , με πολλαπλά οφέλη και άφθονες μαγειρικές εκδοχές και πρέπει να αποτελούν βασικό συστατικό κάθε υγιεινής διατροφής.
Κλασσική φασολάδα με φασόλια ψιλά Βιοβλαστός
ΥΛΙΚΑ.
500γρ φασόλι Βιοβλαστός 1 μεγάλο κρεμμύδι 3-4 καρότα 1 φλ. σέλινο ψιλοκομμένο 1φλ. ελαιόλαδο 1 κσ πελτέ ντομάτας .
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Μουλιάζουμε τα φασόλια σε κρύο νερό αποβραδίς Το πρωί τα πλένουμε και τα βράζουμε σε αλατισμένο νερό για 20 λεπτά . Τα σουρώνουμε, τα ξαναβάζουμε στην κατσαρόλα προσθέτουμε το κρεμμύδι τα καρότα τον πελτέ το λάδι αλάτι πιπέρι και σκεπάζουμε με νερό . Αφήνουμε να βράσει σε μέτρια φωτιά για άλλα 40 λεπτά περίπου μέχρι να χυλώσει . Πέντε λεπτά πρίν το τέλος του βρασμού προσθέτουμε το σέλινο ψιλοκομμένο.
