ΚΡΙΘΑΡΙ ΒΙΟ 500gr – Αρχαίο Δημητριακό Υψηλής Διατροφικής Αξίας
Το κριθάρι αποτελεί ένα από τα αρχαιότερα δημητριακά στον κόσμο, με ιστορία που ξεπερνά τα 10.000 χρόνια. Υπήρξε βασικό στοιχείο διατροφής πολλών αρχαίων λαών και ήταν ιδιαίτερα γνωστό και στην Αρχαία Ελλάδα, όπου χρησιμοποιούνταν για την παρασκευή ψωμιού και θρεπτικών ροφημάτων.
Σήμερα το συναντάμε κυρίως στο ψωμί και στη ζυθοποιία (μπύρα), όμως παραμένει ένα από τα πιο πολύτιμα δημητριακά για τη σύγχρονη διατροφή. Το κριθάρι είναι πλούσιο σε υδατάνθρακες χαμηλού γλυκαιμικού δείκτη, καθώς και σε διαλυτές και αδιάλυτες φυτικές ίνες, συμβάλλοντας στην καλή λειτουργία του πεπτικού συστήματος και στη ρύθμιση του σακχάρου στο αίμα.
