Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
Ο αποξηραμένος Ύσσωπος ως έγχυμα: 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού ξηρό φυτό Ύσσωπου σε 1 φλιτζάνι βρασμένο νερό για περίπου 10-15′. Πίνουμε 3 φορές την ημέρα.
Για τον πονόλαιμο, κάντε γαργαρες με το τσάι του Ύσσωπου πριν το πιείτε.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Ο Ύσσωπος στις παραπάνω δοσολογίες ως τσάι ή βάμμα θεωρείται ασφαλής και χωρίς παρενέργειες.
Η χρήση του αιθέριου ελαίου του έχει αναφερθεί ότι μπορεί να προκαλέσει κρίση γιαυτό και δεν συνίσταται σε άτομα με επιληψία ή άλλη πάθηση με κρίσεις.
Ο Ύσσωπος να αποφεύγεται κατά την εγκυμοσύνη.
