Μαγειρική χρήση: Η Ρίγανη βοηθαέι να χωνέψουμε τα λιπαρά πιάτα, γιαυτό την προσθέτυμε σε αρνί, κατσίκι, μελιτζάνες με πολύ λάδι.
Τελειοποιεί τα ψητά, το αρνί, τον κιμά, τα πουλερικά, τα λαχανικά, τις πατάτες και το κρέας. Η ρίγανη θα πρέπει να προστίθεται με μέτρο
για να μην αλλοιώσει την γεύση.
Πως χρησιμοποιείται
Τα φύλλα και άνθη ως έγχυμα: 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού ξηρά άνθη Πριμούλας σε ένα φλιτζάνι βρασμένο νερό για 10-15′. Πίνουμε 3 φορές την ημέρα.
η ρίζα ως αφέψημα.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Η χρήση της Ρίγανης για εσωτερική χρήση έχει αποδειχθεί ασφαλής. Αντεδείκνυται κατά την διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης. Τοπικά το έλαιο μπορεί να προκαλέσει ερεθισμό.
