Πως χρησιμοποιείται
τα φύλλα ως έγχυμα: 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού φύλλα Σημύδας σε ένα φλιτζάνι βρασμένο νερό. Αφήνουμε σκεπασμένο για 10′. Πίνουμε 3 φορές την ημέρα.
