Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
ως έγχυμα: ένα κουταλάκι του γλυκού ξηρά άνθη (ή δύο φρέσκα) σε ένα φλιτζάνι βραστό νερό για 5-10′. Πίνουμε ζεστό πριν κοιμηθούμε για την αυπνία.
Βάμμα: 1-4 ml βάμματος τρεις φορές την ημέρα.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Να αποφεύγεται σε περιπτώσεις κατάθλιψης. Μπορεί να προκαλέσει μείωση της λίμπιντο.
