Βασικές Ιδιότητες: Αντιφλεγμονώδης, Αναλγητική, Πικρή
Χρήσεις: Για την ανακούφιση των συμπτωμάτων από αρθριτικούς πόνους, οστεοαρθρίτιδα, οσφυαλγία, δυσπεψία (χωρίς καούρα)
Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
η ρίζα ως αφέψημα: σιγοβράζουμε 1κουταλάκι του γλυκού σε 1 κούπα νερό για 10-15′. Πίνουμε σε 2-3 δόσεις την ημέρα.
Εναλλακτικά για οστεοαρθρίτιδα και ρευματοειδή αρθρίτιδα μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε 4,5-10 γρ. κονιορτοποιημένης ρίζας (σκόνη) την ημέρα.
Βάμμα: 1-2 ml βάμματος αρπαγόφυτου τρεις φορές την ημέρα.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Ως πικρό βότανο καλό είναι να μην λαμβάνεται από άτομα με στομαχικά έλκη, καούρες, γαστρίτιδα. Άτομα με χολολιθίαση θα πρέπει να συμβουλεύονται ιατρό.
