Χρήσεις: Λοιμώξεις του ουροποιητικού, κυστίτιδα, ουρηθρίτιδα, φλεγμονές
Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
τα φύλλα ως έγχυμα: προσθέτουμε 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού βότανο σε 1 φλιτζάνι νερό για 10′. Πίνουμε 3-4 φορές την ημέρα.
Πιστεύεται ότι είναι πιο αποτελεσματικό όταν τα ούρα είναι αλκαλικά. (Μπορείτε να λαμβάνετε 6-8 γρ μαγειρικής σόδας σε 1 ποτήρι νερό.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Η χρήση του να περιορίζεται σε όχι περισσότερο από 14 ημέρες. Δεν θα πρέπι να λαμβάνεται κατά την διάρκεια εγκυμοσύνης ή θηλασμού. Λόγω μεγάλης περιεκτικότητας του αρκτοστάφυλλου σε τανίνες κάποια άτομα ίσως έχουν κράμπες, ναυτία ή σπανιότερα εμετούς.
