Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
η ρίζα ως αφέψημα: σιγοβράζουμε 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού σε 1 φλιτζάνι νερό για περίπου 10′. Πίνουμε 2-3 φορές την ημέρα
