Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
τα φύλλα ή άνθη ως έγχυμα: 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού σε 1 φλιτζάνι νερό για περίπου 10′. Πίνουμε 2-3 φορές την ημέρα

Καλό είναι να αποφεύγεται σε εγκυμοσύνη ή θηλασμό. Θεωρείται ακατάλληλο σε παιδιά κάτω των 6 ετών.
