Η SukrinMelis είναι το ίδιο γλυκιά με την άχνη ζάχαρη και χρησιμοποιείται παντού σε αναλογία 1:1.
Μπορούμε να τη χρησιμοποιήσουμε σε τούρτες και επιδόρπια που δεν ψήνονται (όπως το cheesecake).
Σε κρέμα σαντιγί, βουτυρόκρεμα ή σε παρασκευή σοκολάτας.
Επίσης σε παρασκευή παγωμένου τσαγιού, smoothies, ή απλά πάνω σε γιαούρτι και φρούτα.
