Ρύζι Κίτρινο Μπαρμπόιλντ ελληνικό ΒΙΟ 500γρ
Το ρύζι κίτρινο παρμπόιλντ έχει υποκίτρινο χρώμα και το σχήμα του είναι μεσόσπερμο. Το χρώμα του οφείλεται στον εξωτερικό φλοιό του ρυζιού ο οποίος απομακρύνεται σε στάδιο της επεξεργασίας του. Κατά την παραγωγή του parboiled ρυζιού οι βιταμίνες και τα μέταλλα από το φλοιό εξαναγκάζονται μέσω του ατμού και αποξηραίνονται στον αμυλούχο και ζελατινώδη κόκκο. Έτσι διατηρείται περίπου το 80% των θρεπτικών συστατικών όπως στο καστανό ρύζι και επίσης δημιουργείται “πρεβιοτικό” καύσιμο (άμυλο τύπου 3 ανθεκτικό) για τα ωφέλιμα βακτήρια του εντέρου.
Θεωρείται ιδανικό για πιλάφι και για κάθε συνταγή λόγω του ότι παραμένει σπυρωτό.
Τρόπος και χρόνος μαγειρέματος :
Ένα μέρος παρμπόιλντ χρειάζεται 2,5 μέρη υγρού για να μαγειρευτεί , ενώ ο χρόνος βρασμού του κυμαίνεται στα 15-20 λεπτά.
