ΦΑΚΕΣ ΜΑΥΡΕΣ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΕΣ ΒΙΟ 300gr
Με ιδιαίτερη προσπάθεια στις ορεινές περιοχές του Σαγματά Βοιωτίας η ελληνική φύση προσφέρει απλόχερα σε ιδιαίτερα περιορισμένες ποσότητες τις πολύτιμες μαύρες φακές.
Οι μαύρες φακές είναι πλούσιες σε πρωτεΐνη και φυτικές ίνες και μάλιστα μόλις μισό φλιτζάνι μαγειρεμένες μαύρες φακές περιέχουν περίπου 12 γραμμάρια πρωτεΐνης και 9 γραμμάρια φυτικών ινών, δηλαδή ένα δυνατό συνδυασμό που μπορεί να μας κρατήσει χορτάτους και με ενέργεια για πολύ περισσότερο χρόνο από άλλες τροφές.
Οι μαύρες φακές είναι εξαιρετικά νόστιμες, χαρακτηρίζονται ως το χαβιάρι της φακής και μια ιδιότητά τους είναι ότι χωνεύονται πιο εύκολα από τις κλασσικές φακές.
Δεν χρειάζονται μούλιασμα από το βράδυ. Τις πλένουμε και τις βάζουμε στη διπλή ποσότητα νερού χωρίς αλάτι να βράσουν σε χαμηλή φωτιά από 20-30 λεπτά ανάλογα πως μας αρέσουν.
Τις βράζουμε ρίχνουμε λάδι κι αλάτι και τις τρώμε. Μπορούμε επίσης να ρίξουμε μέσα μικρά κομματάκια ντομάτα, μαϊντανό κι ελιές ή να τις ανακατέψουμε με άλλες σαλάτες όπως π.χ. μια σαλάτα πράσινη. Μπορούμε να τις χρησιμοποιήσουμε για γαρνιτούρα.
