Βασικές Ιδιότητες: Άφυσο, εφιδρωτικό, διεγερτικό, τονωτικό, εμμηναγωγό.
Χρήσεις: Ανακουφίζει από Τυμπανισμό και κοιλιακούς κολικούς, για την διέγερση της εμμήνου ρήσεως, για την ενίσχυση των συσπάσεων της μήτρας, για Ανησυχία, για καταπράυνση του Βήχα, είναι Εντομοαπωθητικό.
Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
Τα αποξηραμένα φύλλα του Φλισκουνιού ως έγχυμα: 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού ξηρό φλισκούνι σε 1 φλιτζάνι βρασμένο νερό για περίπου 10′. Πίνουμε 3 φορές την ημέρα.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Οι έγκυες και οι θηλάζουσες ΔΕΝ πρέπει να λαμβάνουν Φλισκούνι σε οποιαδήποτε μορφή του. Μπορεί να προκαλέσει θάνατο του εμβρύου ή σοβαρή βλάβη.
Θα πρέπει να αποφεύγεται η χρήση του από τα παιδιά και από άτομα με ηπατική βλάβη ή νεφρική ανεπάρκεια.
Για τους υπόλοιπους η εσωτερική χρήση στις παραπάνω ποσότητες είναι γενικά ασφαλής.
Αν νιώσετε εντερικές διαταραχές ή ζάλη μετά την εσωτερική χρήση του φλισκουνιού διακόψτε την λήψη του.
