ΔΟΣΟΛΟΓΙΑ/ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ:
Το Tandoori masala χρησιμοποιείται εκτενώς με πιάτα όπως το κοτόπουλο tandoori. Σε αυτό το πιάτο, το κοτόπουλο είναι καλυμμένο με ένα μείγμα από γιαούρτι και tandoori masala. Το κοτόπουλο στη νσυνέχεια ψήνεται στο tandoor φούρνο σε πολύ υψηλή θερμοκρασία. Το κοτόπουλο που παρασκευάζεται με αυτόν τον τρόπο έχει ένα ροζ χρώμα εξωτερικά και μια αλμυρή γεύση.
Η ποσότητα εξαρτάται από την συνταγή και την επιθυμία του μάγειρα. Μια τυπική δοσολογία είναι 1 ½ κουταλιά της σούπας μίγμα μπαχαρικών «Ταντούρι Μασάλα» ανά κιλό κρέατος.
