Σε μία συσκευασία υπερπαραγωγή θα πείσει και τους πιο απαιτητικούς για την ποιότητα του, έχοντας ως ιδιαίτερο χαρακτηριστικό του το ότι δεν περιέχει πρόσθετα αρώματα.
Το γάλα γαιδούρας είναι πλούσιο σε βιταμίνες Α,Β1.Β2,Β6,D& E. Είναι επίσης πλούσια πηγή ασβεστίου, μαγνησίου, φωσφόρου, νατρίου, σιδήρου και ψευδαργύρου. Έχει ιδιότητες παρόμοιες με το ανθρώπινο μητρικό γάλα είναι πλούσιο σε λακτόζη, έχει χαμηλά λιπαρά, και σχεδόν το ίδιο ποσοστό καζεΐνης.
