Η πασσιφλόρα είναι αναριχητικό φυτό γνωστό για τα πολύ όμορφα άνθη του που μοιάζουν με ρολόι.
Ιδιότητες: Ηρεμιστικό, υπνωτικό, αντισπασμωδικό, αναλγητικό
Χρήση: για ανησυχία, Άγχος, Αυπνία ειδικά λόγω νοητικής ανησυχίας ή υπερεργασίας, ως αντισπασμωδικό στην νόσο του Parkinson, σε υστερία ή κρίση, για νευραλγία
Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
το φυτό ως έγχυμα: μισό με ένα κουταλάκι του γλυκού σε ένα φλιτζάνι βρασμένο νερό για 15′. Πίνουμε 2-3 φορές την ημέρα.
Βάμμα: 1-4 ml του βάμματος μία με δύο φορές την ημέρα.
(1 ml βάμματος = περίπου 30 σταγόνες)
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Στις παραπάνω δοσολογίες θεωρείται ασφαλής η χρήση της πασσιφλόρας. Δεν έχει αποδειχθεί ασφαλής η χρήση της πασσιφλόρας κατά την διάρκεια τηε εγκυμοσύνης και του θηλασμού.
