Χρήση:
για βρογχίτιδα, καταρροή, φαρυγγίτιδα, λαρυγγίτιδα, βήχα, πονόλαιμο, γαστρίτιδα, έλκη στομάχου, τοπικά για έκζεμα
Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
-τα άνθη και φύλλα ως έγχυμα: 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού σε ένα φλιτζάνι βρασμένο νερί για 10-15′. Πίνουμε 3-4 φορέςτην ημέρα μεταξύ των γευμάτων.
-εξωτερικά ως κομπρέσα: βρέχουμε ένα καθαρό ύφασμα σε τσάι μολόχας και εφαρμόζουμε στο ερεθισμένο δέρμα.
-Εναλλακτικά μπορεί να φτιαχτεί κρύο έγχυμα, αφήνοντας το αποξηραμένο βότανο σε κρύο νερό όλη την νύχτα. Σύμφωνα
με κάποιους βοτανοθεραπευτές ο κρύο έγχυμα βγάζει την κολλώδη ουσία του φυτού πιο αποτελεσματικά και ενδεχομένως να να ενεργεί καλύτερα τόσο για εσωτερική όσο και για εξωτερική χρήση.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
