μαγειρική χρήση: Έχει πιπεράτη γεύση που θυμίζει του σέλινου. Το χρησιμοποιούμε ψιλοκομμένο και δίνει ωραία γεύση σε σαλάτες, σούπες, κρεατικά, κιμά, φαγητά κατσαρόλας, ψάρια, σάλτσες ντομάτας και σε αρωματισμό ξυδιού.
Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
το φυτό ώς έγχυμα: 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αποξηραμένο βότανο σε 1 φλιτζάνι βρασμένο νερό για περίπου 10′. Πίνουμε 3 φορές την ημέρα
