Βασικές Ιδιότητες: αντισηπτικό, αποχρεμπτικό, διεγείρει τοπικά τη ροή του αίματος, σπασμολυτικό, αντιδιαβητικό
Χρήσεις: για βήχα και βρογχίτιδα, συνάχι, προβλήματα των ιγμορείων, δύσπνοια του άσθματος, διευκολύνει την αναπνοή.
Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
Εισπνοή – βάζουμε μερικά φύλλα σε βραστό νερό και εισπνέουμε τον ατμό.
Εντριβή θώρακα – διαλύουμε 0,5-2 ml ελαίου σε 25 ml αμυγδαλέλαιο για κρυολογήματα, άσθμα και γρίπη.
Μασάζ – βάζουμε 20 σταγόνες έλαιο ευκαλύπτου και 10-20 σταγόνες έλαιο δενδρολίβανου σε 20 ml αμυγδαλέλαιο για τους πόνους των ρευματικών ή των αρθριτικών.
Ιδιαίτερες προφυλάξεις:
Δεν υπερβαίνουμε τις δοσολογίες χωρίς επίβλεψη ειδικού. Η χρήση του αιθέριου ελαίου μπορεί να είναι ερεθιστική για μικρά παιδιά ή για ενήλικες με ευαισθησία.
