Πως χρησιμοποιείται:
τα φύλλα ως έγχυμα: 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού σε 1 φλιτζάνι νερό για 10-15′. Πίνουμε έως 3 φορές την ημέρα.
Εξωτερικά μπορούμε να κάνουμε επαλείψεις εγκαυμάτων, κνησμών ή λειχήνων, πλύσεις για τόνωση και καθαρισμό των ματιών

Το έγχυμα των ανθέων θέλει προσεκτικό σούρωμα για να μην περάσουν οι μικρές τρίχες που μπορούν να ερεθίσουν τον λαιμό και να προκαλέσουν βήχα.
