Παράγεται από τα φύλλα του πράσινου τσαγιού, από τις νεαρές κορυφές του φυτού, και είναι φημισμένο σε όλον τον κόσμο γιατί συνοδεύει την παραδοσιακή Ιαπωνική τελετή του τσαγιού.
Το matcha τσάι είναι πλούσιο σε κατεχίνες, καροτένια και βιταμίνες Α, Β, C, περιέχει πολύ περισσότερα αντιοξειδωτικά από ένα απλό πράσινο τσάι και αυτό γιατί καταναλώνουμε όλο το φύλλο του τσαγιού και όχι μόνο το έγχυμα του
Θεωρείται ρόφημα-υπερτροφή αφού έχει ισχυρές αντιοξειδωτικές, ηπατοπροστατευτικές, λιποδιαλυτικές ιδιότητες, διεγείρει τον μεταβολισμό και προστατεύει από την δημιουργία αθηρωματικής πλάκας και των υψηλών επιπέδων τριγλυκεριδίων.
Τρόπος παρασκευής:
Ρίχνουμε 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού matcha σκόνη σε κούπα με λίγο ζεσταμένο νερό στους 70 OC – 80 OC.
Αναδεύουμε το μείγμα μέχρι να γίνει αφρώδες (περίπου 30 ”) & σιγά σιγά συμπληρώνουμε με το υπόλοιπο νερό.
